Handle leads and sales calls related to residential real estate projects
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to
prospective customers
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to site visits
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in
CRM/sales tracker
Achieve monthly call targets, site visit targets, and conversion ratios
Address customer queries professionally and build long-term
relationships
*Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Presales Tele caller (Real Estate)
Strong communication and convincing skills (English + regional language preferred)
Proven experience in handling high-value real estate leads
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel Preferred Profile
Immediate to short notice period preferred
