Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Qualify leads based on client requirements and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel. Schedule and coordinate site visit appointments with clients and the site team. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Share project details, brochures, pricing, and other relevant information with prospective clients. Ensure consistent communication with clients to maintain engagement and nurture interest. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handovers and feedback loops.

Required Skills and Experience:



Experience:

1-3 years in a real estate pre-sales or inside sales role.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

CRM Tools:

Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).

Client Handling:

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.

Coordination Skills:

Proactive in follow-ups and coordinating between clients and internal teams.
