Role Overview

As a

Pre-Sales Executive

, you will play a pivotal role in connecting potential clients with our prestigious projects. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for lead management, client engagement, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a structured, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

inbound and outbound client inquiries

with professionalism and promptness. Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and provide detailed information on projects, pricing, and payment plans. Nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building. Schedule and coordinate

site visits

for clients with the sales team. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion ratios. Uphold the organization's reputation for excellence in customer service and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience

in pre-sales, tele-sales, or customer service (experience in real estate is highly valued). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment

with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Gujarati

will be an added advantage.
