Key Responsibilities
Perform
100% cold calling
to generate qualified leads.
Target
US, UK, Australia, and other international markets
for IT services outreach.
Conduct initial conversations to understand client requirements and qualify leads.
Work closely with the Marketing Head for
appointment setting and meeting scheduling
.
Maintain strong follow-up to nurture leads and convert them into meetings.
Manage outbound communication through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Maintain records of daily calls, interactions, and lead status in Excel.
Support proposal building and requirement gathering for qualified prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-sales support.
Required Skills
Excellent
verbal & written communication

Good understanding of IT services, software development (preferred).
