Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Engagement:
Contact potential leads through phone calls, explain products/services, and generate interest.
Meeting Scheduling:
Fix appointments/meetings between interested leads and the sales representatives.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, leads, and scheduled meetings in Excel/CRM.
Follow-ups:
Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and move them closer to conversion.
Sales Team Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and feedback from interactions.
Reporting:
Share daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, lead status, and appointments fixed.
