What We're Looking For

Good communication skills - you're confident, friendly, and clear on the phone Comfortable with using CRM tools and managing call follow-ups Organized and consistent - you can track leads and follow up without missing a beat Interested in design, interiors, or architecture (bonus if you've worked in this space before) Self-driven and motivated to hit targets and grow in the role.

Graduate with a background in Sales/ Pre- sales/ Lead generation or Business development*

What You'll Be Doing

Use our CRM to identify and reach out to architects, designers, and design firms Call potential clients to introduce Daftar Decor and explain what we offer Share product info, answer basic questions, and highlight why they should meet us Set up meetings for the sales/design team to take the conversation further Follow up with leads regularly and keep the CRM updated with status and notes Work with the team to improve pitch, follow-up strategy, and lead quality
