Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
for real estate inquiries
Understand customer requirements and provide project details
Qualify leads and maintain follow-ups with prospects
Schedule and coordinate
site visits
with the sales team
Maintain lead data and update CRM systems regularly
Share brochures, pricing, and project information with clients
Support the sales team in closing deals
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales process
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a
Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller
in real estate
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries
Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
Working knowledge of
CRM tools and MS Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good to Have
Experience with
real estate developers or brokerage firms
Knowledge of
residential & commercial projects
Familiarity with site visit coordination and documentation
Immediate joiner preferred
Education
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
