We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements and proposing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales, product, and technical teams to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and business objectives.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective customers.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical documentation as required.
Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with accurate and compelling content.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
Support sales cycles by addressing customer queries and objections effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
