Job Description

We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to support our digital marketing sales team. The ideal candidate will qualify leads, understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and coordinate with prospects to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound & outbound leads and understand client needs. Explain digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Design, etc.). Prepare proposals, presentations, and service outlines. Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain CRM records and share pre-sales reports. Coordinate professionally with clients through calls and emails.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing (training provided). Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, BPO, or digital marketing preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
