Job Title:

Pre-Sales Executive

Location:

Bhopal Location (On Site)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in Sales/Tender Filing (knowledge of hardware product of Data Centers)

Employment Type:

Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Support the sales cycle by responding to RFPs and tenders.

Prepare bid responses including company credentials, eligibility documents, and other legal documentation.

Coordinate with OEMs for solution design, documentation, and timely follow-ups.

Prepare commercial proposals in line with client requirements.

Understand RFP requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Arrange POC (Proof of Concept) for customers in collaboration with OEMs.

Work closely with partners/vendors and manage coordination for submissions.

Conduct site visits for requirement gathering when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years

of sales/tender filing experience

. Must have knowledge in Hardware and software products of Data Center.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information effectively to customers and OEMs.

Hands-on experience with tender portals (GeM, e-tendering platforms, partner portals).
