We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic pre-sales executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting client follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Call and follow up with potential leads to understand their property requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for timely client engagement.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
Provide customers with detailed information about available properties and projects.
Share brochures, pricing, and other required documents with clients.
Support the sales team by preparing client data and follow-up reports.
Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns if needed.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA preferred).
0-1 year of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
