Description :

We are looking for an experienced English Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints with ease. The candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be goal-oriented and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products and services*
Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve their inquiries and complaints*
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions*
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business*
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis*
Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets and goals*

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context*
