Role Summary



The pre-sales executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads. The role plays a key part in improving lead conversion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Handling & Qualification



Handle inbound leads from digital campaigns, portals, calls, and walk-ins Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain project details Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, timeline, and buying intent Maintain high lead response time (TAT) and follow-up discipline

Site Visit Coordination



Schedule and confirm site visits for interested prospects Coordinate with site sales teams for smooth visit execution Follow up post-site visit to capture feedback and interest level

CRM & Data Management



Update and manage leads accurately in CRM systems Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion stages Prepare daily activity reports and lead status updates

Customer Engagement



Provide accurate project information, pricing, offers, and location details Ensure professional communication aligned with brand standards Handle basic customer queries and route complex queries to sales team

Marketing & Sales Support



Share lead quality and campaign feedback with marketing team Support project launches, promotions, and special sales drives Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-booking conversion

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Lead response time (TAT) Lead-to-site-visit conversion ratio Number of site visits scheduled Follow-up efficiency CRM data accuracy

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and calling skills Strong persuasion and customer handling ability Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Basic understanding of real estate projects and sales cycle Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and call management systems

Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing (preferred) Experience in real estate pre-sales/inside sales is an advantage
