Roles & Responsibilities:



Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and data mining. Identify and connect with decision-makers (C- Suit executives) Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions. Conduct initial product introductions and schedule demos/meetings for sales managers. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Handle customer objections professionally and effectively. Follow up on leads to convert them into potential opportunities. Research market trends, competitors, and target accounts.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and persuasive ability over phone calls. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. Prior experience in cold calling or tele-sales will be an advantage. Prior experience in

B2B healthcare sales or cold calling

will be an advantage. Good hold on English.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
