Role Summary



We are looking for a dynamic

Associate - Pre-Sales

to support our real estate sales operations by engaging with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and coordinating closely with the sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with prospective customers via telephone to generate and qualify leads Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information on projects, offers, and promotions Conduct regular follow-ups through calls and emails to nurture leads and gather feedback Persuade prospects to visit project sites for property walkthroughs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems daily Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads Track personal performance and consistently work towards achieving assigned targets

Additional Responsibilities



Develop strategies for lead generation from online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences through effective conversations Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system Collaborate with sales teams to support conversions and closures Prepare reports on lead performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline health Continuously optimize pre-sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent) 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer engagement (real estate preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

(mandatory) High attention to detail with the ability to follow scripts and processes accurately Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
