Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads from digital platforms, CPs, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.

Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain project details and qualify prospects.

Understand customer requirements and map them to the right project offerings.

Schedule site visits, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

Provide customers with updated project information, pricing, availability, and offers.

Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to monthly booking goals.

Support the marketing team by sharing customer insights and feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
