Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Pre-Sales Executive
with a
minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience
to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, nurturing leads, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
for potential clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects.
Nurture and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM/database with lead information and follow-ups.
Provide detailed project information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and meeting targets.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred).
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside Real Estate experience is mandatory
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
Strong client handling and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
