HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience in Sales in Residential (Real estate work Background Preferred) SSC with minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales (Real estate work Background and Pan Card Club Road location(Baner) Preferred) Candidate should be comfortable in working from office Fresher also can apply who have good communication & probing skills Job Responsibilities


Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties and services Prospecting and Finding a qualified Customer Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow up calls and emails Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients in the CRM system Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients Job Requirements


Proven experience as a Pre Sales Executive in the real estate industry for at least 6 months to 1 year Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Designation :
