Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients as per daily operational requirements.
Present and explain project features, pricing, and benefits using company guidelines.
Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits and customer opportunities.Maintain professionalism and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
Record and update customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.Achieve daily call and conversion targets.
Stay well-informed about Punes real estate market, especially East Pune localities and routes.Work in shifts as per business needs, including weekends and extended hours when required.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate / Non-Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates Communication SkillsFluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
