As a Presales Executive at Homesol, you'll address client inquiries and drive lead generation through strategic cold calling and follow-ups. Your role involves coordinating site visits and collaborating closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth closure process. You'll maintain CRM data and provide management with insightful reports, significantly impacting our client engagement and sales efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
3 months to 3 years Exp into real estate is a advantage.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls with clients
Fixing up site visits for clients and coordinating with Sales team for the same
Follow up with clients towards further closure process
Cold Calling / Taking initiatives for generating leads
Maintaining CRM database and sharing status reports to management
Good to have Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrates a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a real estate or related field.
This experience showcases the ability to close deals effectively, manage a sales pipeline, and adapt to various sales environments.
Strong Negotiation Skills:
Skilled in negotiating terms, prices, and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for both clients and the firm. Effective negotiation requires understanding client needs, market conditions, and leveraging persuasive techniques to reach agreements.
Real Estate Market Knowledge:
About the Role: Deep understanding of real estate trends, property values, market dynamics, and regulations. This knowledge enables the sales manager to provide informed advice, anticipate market shifts, and guide clients through complex transactions.

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
