Job Summary
The Presales Executive will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling client inquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the sales/technical team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers.
Understand client needs and provide suitable property or project recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to create accurate proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain and update client databases (CRM) to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, site visits, and promotional events.
Provide pre-sales support through documentation, lead qualification, and data management.
Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with clients to enhance brand trust and reputation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in presales, real estate, or infrastructure sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively with different teams.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of infrastructure or real estate markets.
Experience in customer handling and lead management.
Positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
