Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential leads and maintain a high call volume daily.
Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, and other key details to potential clients.
Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead information and status.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate
telesales or presales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Proven track record of lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
