The Presales Executive plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, nurturing leads, conducting product presentations, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales process. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing accurate project information, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential customers.
Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and property portals.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up status.
Client Interaction:
Contact prospective clients to understand their property requirements (location, budget, type, etc.).
Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and legal aspects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and admin teams for seamless client experience.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support and ensure smooth lead handover.
Prepare and share project brochures, presentations, price lists, and related materials with clients.
Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams for strategy improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to enhance the customer experience.
Ensure timely follow-ups to increase lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in presales, customer service, or sales support in the real estate sector (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
