Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Understand client requirements and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Generate and nurture leads through various channels (calls, messages, and follow-ups).
Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and lead status.
Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in
real estate presales
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and call handling systems.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
