Position Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales or lead generation in the real estate sector and be passionate about building strong client relationships. This role involves managing inbound and outbound client interactions, generating leads, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales team in achieving conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads.
Update leads and follow-ups accurately in the CRM.
Assist clients with pre-sales queries and coordinate requirements.
Support the sales team in lead conversion and achieving targets.
Maintain timely communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or client handling in real estate.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
Energetic, client-focused, and result-oriented.
Ability to create a strong first impression and represent the company professionally.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Convincing and negotiation ability.
CRM proficiency (preferred).
Organizational and time management skills.
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
