Job Summary



We are looking for a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Executive to support lead

generation, client engagement, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have

excellent communication skills, strong command of MS Excel, and experience managing

client follow-ups and lead pipelines.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and generate leads through online research, calls, and networking. Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and sales dashboards using MS Excel. Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and close opportunities. Coordinate with the field sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client communication. Prepare and share sales reports, performance trackers, and MIS data. Support proposal creation, quotation preparation, and customer documentation. Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the overall business growth. Maintain professionalism and ensure a high standard of client service.

Key Skills & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or client coordination roles. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards). Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Knowledge of CRM tools or lead management software preferred. Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
