About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Pre-Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
lead generation, prospect engagement, and qualification
through multiple outreach channels including calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. This role plays a key part in building a strong sales pipeline and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct lead generation activities through
cold calling, email campaigns, and social media interactions
(LinkedIn, etc.).
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects to create sales-ready opportunities.
Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to tailor outreach messages.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
Support in preparing pre-sales documents such as introductory emails, proposals, and presentations.
Track, measure, and report performance metrics related to lead generation and conversions.
Ensure a consistent brand message and professional communication across all channels.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools
Experience with email automation and LinkedIn outreach tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of B2B sales and lead nurturing processes.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in B2B or IT/HR tech domain).
