Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, providing information about property listings, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team. This role is key to generating qualified leads and building customer interest in our real estate offerings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from our database or generated leads.

Explain project details, features, pricing, and location benefits to interested prospects.

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.

Follow up with interested clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads.

Build strong relationships with prospective clients through timely and professional communication.

Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

Provide feedback to the team for process improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
