Key Responsibilities:



Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about projects. Qualify potential buyers by understanding their needs and preferences. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from presales to the closing process. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Assist with lead generation efforts and follow-up on existing leads. Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details on the Mdoc. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Follow up with potential clients. Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

Qualifications:



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present properties effectively to diverse clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
