Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch our real estate projects.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available properties.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline for conversions.
Schedule site visits for prospective buyers and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
2- 4 years in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate and property trends.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Marathi] is preferred.
