Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain project details, and generate interest in company offerings.
Maintain follow-ups with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with sales managers to schedule site visits and meetings.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and digital platforms into potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
Maintain CRM data, update lead status, and ensure timely responses.
Support sales team in achieving targets by ensuring quality lead conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good interpersonal skills with persuasive communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and Pune market (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet lead conversion deadlines.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales/tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary (as per industry standards) + Attractive Incentives.
