Respond promptly to inbound leads (website, social media, walk-ins, referrals).
Conduct initial discovery calls or meetings to understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, location, timeline, fit).
Maintain a database of prospects with follow-up status in CRM tools.
2. Client Relationship Building
Act as the first point of contact and establish trust with potential clients.
Educate clients about the firm's design process, offerings, and past projects.
Share relevant brochures, portfolios, and proposal decks.
Schedule consultations or site visits with design teams as needed.
3. Coordination with Design and Sales Teams
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, sales, execution).
Prepare briefing notes for the design team based on client discussions.
Ensure smooth handover to the sales/design consultant post lead qualification.
4. CRM & Reporting
Update CRM systems with accurate lead status, interaction notes, and next steps.
Maintain lead funnel reports and submit weekly updates to the reporting manager.
Track conversion rates and suggest improvements in lead nurturing.
5. Market Awareness & Feedback
Stay updated with current trends in interior design and client expectations.
Collect feedback from potential clients and share insights with the team to improve offerings.
Assist in identifying new target audiences or areas for marketing focus.
