Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Pre-Sales Executive
to manage incoming leads, communicate effectively with prospects, and support the sales process from inquiry to site visit. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in pre-sales or inside sales, especially within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management
Handle incoming inquiries from multiple sources including calls, website, social media, and walk-ins.
Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, and specific requirements.
Update and maintain lead data in CRM tools such as Salesforce with accuracy.
2. Client Communication
Initiate and conduct telephonic or virtual conversations with potential clients.
Understand client needs, preferences, and timelines.
Clearly explain project features, amenities, pricing, and available payment plans.
3. Scheduling Site Visits
Coordinate and confirm site visits for interested leads.
Work with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and professional onsite experience.
4. Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Regularly follow up with leads via phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Use drip campaigns or engagement strategies to nurture leads until conversion readiness.
5. Database Management
Organize and maintain a lead database with scheduled follow-ups.
Track key performance metrics such as lead conversion, response rates, and source effectiveness.
6. Reporting
Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, follow-up activities, and outcomes.
Provide insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer feedback.
7. Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing team by providing insights on lead quality and customer behavior.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely and efficient lead transfer and to prevent duplication.
8. Market Awareness
Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, local market pricing, and project launches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
3-6 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or client servicing, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Good organizational skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
