Pre Sales Executive – Luxury Interiors

Job Description

We are looking for a polished and client-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage new inquiries, engage leads, and guide clients through our luxury interior solutions. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in converting leads into confirmed projects.

Key Responsibilities



Engage new inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions. Present company offerings and value proposition confidently. Maintain strong, professional client relationships. Coordinate with design team to capture client expectations. Prepare quotations, presentations, and manage follow-ups. Maintain organized records of leads and interactions in CRM.

Requirements



1+ years in pre-sales or client engagement (luxury interiors/design preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong client-focused attitude with ability to convert leads. Polished, professional appearance for high-end client meetings. Proactive and organized; able to handle multiple leads. Excel proficiency and CRM experience are must-haves.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
