to manage and streamline our inbound leads effectively across all four verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring no lead goes unattended, providing a smooth customer experience, and routing prospects to the right vertical or school promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and manage all inbound calls and inquiries in real time.
Understand and identify customer needs, interests, and requirements.
Qualify, prioritize, and assign leads to the correct vertical/school without delay.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM/system for tracking and reporting.
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
Coordinate with the sales and admissions teams to support closures.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand reputation.
Prepare and share daily/weekly lead status reports with management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 and above years of experience in presales, telecalling, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam).
Ability to understand customer requirements quickly and act with urgency.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
