Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Pre-Sales Executives to be the first point of contact for potential
students. You will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying prospects, and scheduling Counseling sessions for
the sales team. Your performance will directly impact admission success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
Call, message, and follow up with inbound leads from various platforms (website, social media, campaigns,
etc.)
Identify potential students' interest, background, and readiness to join
Qualify leads and assign them to Academic Counsellors for further Counseling
Database Management
Maintain and update CRM with accurate student details and lead status
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of each inquiry
Coordinate with the Counseling team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
Communication & Coordination
Deliver clear and engaging communication to students
Explain basic course details, offers, and admission process
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams for feedback and reporting
Target Achievement
Meet daily call and qualified lead targets
Maximize the number of students booked for Counseling sessions
Share regular reports and performance updates with managers
Key Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling / inside sales / EdTech preferred
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
Confident and convincing personality
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Familiar with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Desired Personality
Energetic and quick learner
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Patience to deal with different types of student queries
Team player with self-motivation
