Job Description

Naverah Assets Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing real estate channel partner firm, is expanding its team! We are looking for dynamic, smart, and motivated Pre Sales Executives who can be the first point of contact for clients, manage property enquiries, and support the sales team in closing premium residential projects.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound calls for property enquiries. Engage and follow up with qualified leads generated through marketing channels. Understand client requirements and provide accurate project information. Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to potential customers. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain proper lead data, follow-ups, and CRM updates. Support the sales team by nurturing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills. Smart, proactive, and target-driven attitude. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling is an added advantage.
