Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic Telesales Executives to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining project details, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote open plot and villa projects Handle inbound enquiries received through advertisements, portals, and referrals Explain project details such as location, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers Generate qualified leads and coordinate site visit schedules with the sales team Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead details using Excel/CRM tools Meet daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals Address customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships Coordinate with field sales and business development teams for closures
Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic persuasion and customer-handling ability Willingness to work with targets and calling-based roles Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM systems Positive attitude and eagerness to learn sales processes
Preferred Candidates:

Fresh graduates or final-year students Candidates interested in sales, customer interaction, and real estate industry Preference may be given to candidates with prior telesales exposure
