- Call and engage with leads across multiple residential projects
- Understand customer intent, budget range, and buying timeline
- Recommend suitable options across plots, villas, and apartments
- Handle customer conversations clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Schedule site visits and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team
- Ensure timely follow ups and continuity in customer communication
- Maintain accurate lead details, notes, and follow ups in CRM and Google Sheets
