Key Responsibilities:
? Engage with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
? Understand student aspirations and provide detailed information on available study abroad programs.
? Coordinate with the sales and counseling teams to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
? Schedule counseling sessions and follow up on potential leads to increase conversions.
? Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Enthusiasm for international education and student counseling. ? Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
? Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
? A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
