Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and amenities.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure continuous engagement.
Schedule site visits for sales managers and ensure timely coordination.
Maintain and update lead trackers, CRM systems, and daily follow-up reports.
Assist the sales team by providing customer insights and supporting closing activities.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling and digital leads.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with interested buyers.
Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and lead generation activities.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BE - all streams are eligible).
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/telecalling are welcome.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate lead handling.
