Job Description

Lead generation and qualification:

Generating leads from various channels (e.g., website, campaigns, social media) and qualifying them based on budget and needs before handing them off to the sales team.

Client engagement:

Acting as the first point of contact, answering inbound calls, and conducting outbound follow-ups to address client queries about projects, pricing, and payment plans.

Property showcase:

Providing detailed information about properties, highlighting features and benefits, and arranging and conducting site visits.

Sales support:

Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Data management:

Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales pipeline data in the CRM system.

Market knowledge:

Staying up-to-date on real estate market trends and providing feedback to internal teams.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
