Role Overview:
As a
Pre-Sales Executive
at SeekNEO, you will be a key link between our business development team and our technical delivery team. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, preparing solution pitches, and supporting the sales cycle with technical insights and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare detailed and customized proposals, pitch decks, and documentation for web/mobile/custom software projects.
Participate in client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
Liaise with internal tech teams (UI/UX, developers, project managers) to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client queries with clarity, accuracy, and speed.
Assist in preparing cost and effort estimations with the tech team.
Map client pain points to SeekNEO's services and demonstrate value proposition clearly.
Stay updated on current tech trends and SeekNEO's offerings to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships during the pre-sales process.
Maintain and update CRM records and documentation as part of the sales cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (BCA/BBA/Diploma in CS preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a
Pre-Sales, Business Analyst, or Technical Sales Support
role in an IT services company.
Strong understanding of
web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, CMS), mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Android, iOS)
, and backend systems (Node.js, PHP, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language for clients.
Experience with proposal creation, effort estimation, and sales documentation.
Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
Nice to Have:
UI/UX knowledge or design thinking approach.
Experience in working with clients from international markets.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
