We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.

Week off - Will give week off on weekdays. 6 days working
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify, research, and qualify potential customers and leads using various tools and databases.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Outreach and Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to connect with prospects effectively.
Clearly communicate product offerings and value propositions to customers.
Build and maintain strong rapport with potential customers to foster long-term relationships.
Sales Presentation and Closing:
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
Address customer queries, handle objections, and provide effective solutions.
Close sales deals to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
CRM Management and Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities systematically.
Generate and submit sales performance reports as required.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Gather feedback and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Share relevant insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Documentation and Administration:
Accurately document sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or master's in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
