Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
Explain project details clearly and generate interest
Schedule appointments for site visits and follow up regularly
Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into prospects
Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups
Share project information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
Qualifications:
Minimum PUC/12th pass or Bachelor's degree in any stream
2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory
Good verbal communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
