Role Overview:



The Presales Executive will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in converting inquiries into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for design understanding, and the ability to present our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and website forms promptly and professionally. Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines. Prepare and present

quotations, proposals, mood boards, and presentations

to potential clients. Follow up with leads to answer queries, clarify doubts, and convert them into projects. Maintain a

CRM / lead tracker

to document all client interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve the presales process. Attend client meetings (online/offline) and provide professional representation of Belaku Interiors.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (any discipline; design/architecture background is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making presentations and handling client objections. Knowledge of interior design trends and basic understanding of materials/finishes. Experience with

CRM tools

or Microsoft Excel for lead tracking. Proactive, organized, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
