We are hiring position of Pre Sales job details and Job description :

Make outbound calls to promote and sell Apartments / Flats. Address queries from leads, explain the features of the project with good presentation and convince the customers for project visit, meet call targets. Maintain detailed call records and follow up with leads effectively. All transactions to be recorded on CRM software.

Location: No 219/9/1, Uttarahalli Manavarthe Kaval, off Kanakapura road Banglore -560109. Land mark-800 meters to silk institute metro station.

Experience: 3 to 4 years in Apartment selling

Education: Any Graduate Gender Preference: Both genders

Age Limit: 20 - 35 years Language Skills: fluent English, Kannada, Hindi

Preferred Industry: real estate.

Salary Offered: . ?25,000 - ?35,000 + incentives .

Incentive Type - Performance based .

Job timing - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Wednesday to Monday .

Interview Details - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday .
