Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with leads who have shown interest in our offerings (no cold calling).
Clearly explain our products, investment process, and address basic queries.
Maintain a positive and professional tone while building rapport with prospects.
Schedule meetings or escalate qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status using CRM tools.
Provide timely follow-ups and ensure lead nurturing till closure or hand-off.
