Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, portals, and other sources.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales personnel.
Client Interaction:
Conduct initial phone conversations or chats with prospective clients.
Provide accurate and relevant information about projects, pricing, location advantages, etc.
Answer queries and maintain client engagement through consistent follow-ups.
Scheduling Site Visits:
Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients and the sales team.
Ensure timely reminders and confirmations for appointments.
CRM and Reporting:
Update and maintain client data in CRM software.
Track and report on lead status, follow-up activity, and conversion ratios.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and digital teams to optimize the lead conversion process.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or tele-calling, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages as applicable).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Highly organized with good time management abilities.
