Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients generated via marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Share detailed project information (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, etc.).
Nurture leads by maintaining regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective clients.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth client handover post-visit.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure 100% compliance.
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
